L'appartamento è grande, pulito e dotato di tutto l'occorrente. Si trova vicino al centro commerciale dov'è possibile fare la spesa oppure mangiare e alla stazione della metropolitana. Il letto è grande e comodo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

«Ottimo soggiorno, appartamento splendido. Limite un solo bagno e distanza dal Zentrum»
Appartamento ampio e luminoso Pulizia ottima Non rumoroso Posizione vicina a Millennium City con supermercati e ristoranti wifi ben funzionante ARia condizionata ben distribuita
Posizione molto svantaggiosa, molto distante dal Centro, necessità di prendere taxi. Impossibile raggiungere il Centro a piedi Bagno molto piccolo ed unico. Eravamo in 5 e bisognava fare la fila per andare in WC. Necessario creare un secondo WC Spiegazioni di come utilizzare i code non molto chiara. SI può spiegare meglio Porta di ingresso difettosa. Bisogna dargli una forte spinta. Inizialmente pensavamo fosse bloccata ed eravamo molto preoccupati. Ho dovuto chiamare la assistenza e mi hanno detto che dovevo spingere forte. La porta dell'appartamento va sistemata

«Nel complesso un'ottimo appartamento per visitare Vienna con i mezzi.»
La posizione era ottima per visitare Vienna con i mezzi, la fermata più vicina era a 5min a piedi. L’appartamento era grande ed i due bagni sono stati molto comodi per organizzarsi con i turni. I letti erano comodi e lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile. Inoltre nei pressi dell’appartamento era presente un centro commerciale con all’interno supermercati e locali di ristorazione.
La pulizia assolutamente da rivedere, appena entrati abbiamo trovato 5 ragni negli angoli sul soffitto e tantissime formiche per terra. L’abbiamo fatto immediatamente presente allo staff ed è intervenuto un ragazzo che ha tolto a mano i ragni, dicendo che il giorno dopo sarebbero passati per le formiche. Purtroppo al rientro il giorno seguente le formiche erano ancora lì, lo staff di pulizia ha lasciato solamente uno spray per le formiche (che per lo più non funzionava neanche…). Abbiamo convissuto con le formiche per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Altro problema era la porta della doccia che non si chiudeva e per questo il bagno si allagava ogni volta.
